– Purchase of the poster pack during this promotional period 18/02/2025(9am)-24/02/2025(9am) puts
you in the draw for 2000 Nissan Silvia only.
– Poster packs are a collection of Keep it Reet high quality/resolution digital images. Posters are created
by Keep it Reet and cannot be sold or distributed by anyone other than Keep it Reet.
– Family and workers of ‘Keep it Reet Pty Ltd’ are Not Eligible to claim prizes.
– Only claimable to the person named on the purchase.
– Proof of identity and residential address must be supplied upon claiming.
– It is a requirement when receiving/collection of the car that a photo must be sent to Keep it Reet within
14 days of delivery.
– Transport costs will be paid by Keep it Reet pty ltd subject to availability. Delivery will be made to
winners address of choice within Australia subject to delivery being available in their area. If we are
unable to deliver directly to the winners door eg. In remote areas , we would deliver to the nearest
depot or winner can opt to pick up the car from our office.
– Entry is subject to all state laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. In certain jurisdictions,
state laws may restrict or prohibit the award or delivery of certain prizes within that state. Entrants from
states that may restrict delivery can collect the prize from Keep it Reet headquarters in Melbourne if this
does not conflict with those state laws.
– If the winner has not contacted Keep it Reet after the 14 days to claim their prize, a redraw will be
done- this will take place on 10/03/2025 at 4pm at Kang Gang Factory, 2/428 Mt Dandenong Rd Kilsyth
VIC 3137. The redraw winner will be announced and posted on Keep it Reet’s socials (Instagram and
Facebook) directly following the draw on 10/03/2025.
-The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified via phone immediately following the draw on
10/03/2025 and contacted via sms and email within 7 days.
– This trade promotion does not include registration. Keep it Reet will not cover the cost of registration,
on road costs or stamp duty.
– If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason
of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or
modify a prize, subject to Australian State or Territory regulation.

– Draw will be executed via a digital draw on Keep it Reet Fb livestream on 24/02/2025 at 2/428 Mt
Dandenong Rd Kilsyth VIC 3137 at 4pm.
– Winner will be announced via livestream on 24/02/2025. They will be contacted via phone call during
the livestream and followed up with text message after livestream has ended on the same day. Winner
will also be published on our socials on the 24/02/2025 (Instagram and Facebook).

– Keep it Reet Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including
but not limited to direct or consequential loss) for any personal injury suffered or sustained in
connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
-The ownership/financial interest is transferred from when the prize/s leave Keep it Reet business
premises or pickup location. It is the responsibility of the winner to obtain appropriate permits and
insurance. Keep it Reet will not be liable for any loss or damage to the prize from the time it leaves our
business premises or draw location for collection or delivery.
– Keep it Reet is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused while the prize/s are in transit.
-In the case that the Trade promotional prize is damaged due to natural disaster, fire, theft, destruction
or other circumstances beyond Keep it Reet’s control, and covered under our business insurance policy.
We may offer you a substitute prize of the same/similar value.
– If you enter into a Keep it Reet trade promotion you acknowledge the terms and conditions of entry.
These terms and conditions apply to all entries into our trade promotion and we reserve the right to
change.
– Any previous owners and immediate family/partners of the vehicle are not eligible to participate in
any giveaways associated with the car/s that have been sold to Keep it Reet – any entries purchased are
null and void with no refunds available. If the sellers’ ineligible entries are drawn as the winner of
any prize in the draw, a redraw will take place within 14 days of the original draw date.
– By entering into the trade promotion you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any
